What you get with Smart Attendance
Mobile roll call
Mark a class of 60 in under 30 seconds, even offline.
RFID & biometric
Plug-and-play integration with popular card readers and fingerprint devices.
Instant parent alerts
Automatic SMS, WhatsApp and push notifications for absence and late arrival.
Leave management
Online leave requests with approval workflows for students and staff.
Attendance analytics
Spot chronic absenteeism early with trend reports and shortage lists.
Staff shifts
Shift rules, late marks and overtime feed straight into payroll.
Attendance that takes care of itself
Teachers mark attendance in a few taps, or let RFID and biometric devices do it automatically at the gate. Parents get an SMS or app notification the moment a child is marked absent, and leadership sees live attendance across every class.
